Delivery of details and personal information

Using the service as a rule does not require registration. To the extent possible and if significant changes are made to this policy, a notice will be published in the application interface. The link to the privacy policy posted on the Service will always link to the most current version of the policy. Your continued use of the Service after the publication of the updated privacy policy indicates your consent to it. If you do not agree with the new provisions of the privacy policy, you must cease all use of the Service. The Service Operator may request your renewed consent to the privacy policy in any event of such change.

Miscellaneous

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the provisions of these Terms do not derogate from and/or exhaust our rights to collect, use and/or provide information under any law, and that the provisions of this chapter are in addition to the provisions of any law.
